A fairy-tale garden comes to life in this unique event made possible by Galleria Dallas, The Old World and Faberge’. For a $10 donation, guests can tour the special garden exhibit set up on Level 1 (between Louis Vuitton and L’Occitane) and experience a garden unlike any other. Faberge’s Spring Garden takes guests on a magical journey through a wondrous garden where they’ll meet special characters (think Alice in Wonderland, Peter Rabbit, etc.) while collecting eggs along the way. Five special exhibits designed by Dallas’ leading florists will each offer a different character and the opportunity for guests to collect an egg. At the end of the garden’s path, they’ll discover what they’ve won inside each egg. There will be $50,000 worth of Faberge’ eggs will be given away during this media-friendly event.
The Garden will be introduced to Dallas society during a special preview party on Thursday, March 22. Unlike traditional Dallas “preview parties”, this event will be family-friendly yet decidedly upscale. Additional funds will be raised for Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center and The Family Place during the preview party. Guests can decorate a cupcake, personalize a hat, bid on a silent auction item, along with other fun activities. All hors d’ouevres will be served “lollipop style” and the party’s theme will be reminiscent of a trip through the storybook Alice in Wonderland. The event will be the first-of-its-kind on the Dallas social calendar.
For a $10 donation, guest are given a basket and invited to stroll a path winding through a lavish 20' X 60' garden, take elegant children's and family photos and enjoy the celebration of spring. Guest will gather eggs from Alice in Wonderland, Peter Rabbit, and other much loved personalities. Hiding in one of every guests eggs is a fabulous prize! Some lucky guest will win one of the most coveted prizes, a Faberge Imperial Egg. So bring your family, friends, neighbors & co-workers out for for a great cause!
